Learn how activities can be tailored to the individual, with meaning and purpose based on their needs, interests, skills and abilities. The session objectives are: to develop an understanding of how to prepare the environment and facility; how to create individual roles and activities; and how to provide protocols, materials, and templates to support memory loss. The YPN gathering in Houston for a networking event. Good food, good drinks, fantastic people!

TALA’s first rodeo at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing (NIC) Fall Conference! The team learned a lot from the sessions, and it was a wonderful opportunity to represent Texas Assisted Living at this national event.

Great times were had in Dallas at the Argentum Women in Leadership Fall Forum with Merrill Gardens' Tana Gall and Atria's Holly Belter-Chesser.
