For the past 40 years, cancer awareness has educated millions and has educated about types of cancer, encourages early detection through screenings and self-awareness, promotes healthy lifestyle choices, and supports research, treatment, and resources for those affected by the disease.

TALA is honored to share CMedEd, a new, free database resource for those facing cancer or other chronic disease diagnosis. CMedEd is amplifying survivor voices, connecting patients with leading physicians, and sharing life-saving information on breast cancer.

CMedEd has a series of videos with cancer experts and survivors. Phyllis Pittman, CMedEd’s CEO and Founder interviewed Dr. Naoto Ueno,  MD, PhD, FACP, one of the foremost global experts on breast cancer, on the latest news in breast cancer treatment. He is one of the leaders in conducting clinical research and early-phase clinical trials related to aggressive breast cancer and has led more than 50 clinical trials.
