The Industry Expo at TALA's 2025 Annual Conference
Registered Exhibitors Information
Booth Includes: 3’ drape, two chairs, company identification sign, trash can, skirted table, listing in Conference App, list of pre-registrants, list of conference attendees, two tickets to lunch in the exhibit hall, two tickets to the opening reception, and social media promotion.
You will receive your booth location once all available booths have been reserved. We do this to ensure that companies within the same industry are not placed directly next to each other to avoid competition.
You will receive an attendee list a week prior to the conference.
You will receive an Exhibitor Kit once all available booths have been reserved. This is how you will order Wi-Fi, electricity, additional furniture, etc.
You will receive lead retrieval order information from our vendor, American Tradeshow Services once all available booths have been reserved.
Booths are 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep. The table inside of the booth is 6’ x 24”. We do skirt the tables, but some exhibitors may opt to bring their own table cover with their logo.
The conference takes place over a 3-day period. There are a couple of conference events that may be on your radar as an industry partner which are included in the schedule outlined below. The actual Industry Expo will be on the evening of Thursday, April 3rd and the morning – afternoon of Friday, April 4th.

Event Schedule
Day 1 – April 2nd
• 5:30 – 7:30 pm: Board Reception in The Kalahari Resort’s Event Barn (TALAConnect Event held at conference) - (Invitation only event for TALA Sustaining and Supporting Industry Partners).
Day 2 – April 3rd
• 7:00 am – Noon: Convention company sets up the Expo Hall
• 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Exhibitors can set up their booths, must be show-ready by 5:00 pm
• 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Industry Expo Kick-off and Opening Reception
Day 3 – April 4th
• 7:00 am: TALA’s Decision Maker’s Breakfast in Sortino’s Private Dining at The Kalahari Resort (Invitation only event for TALA Sustaining Industry Partners)
• 10:30 am – 1:30 pm: Industry Expo Open
• Soft opening at 10:30 am with TALA Board Members, Attendees will then begin arriving to the Expo Hall at 11:00 am.
• Lunch: 11:30 am
• Vendor Pitch-Off Competition: 12:15 pm (We will reach out with this RSVP as we get closer to the conference).
• TALA & Vendor Raffle Drawings: 12:45 pm. *Optional to participate- Vendors are responsible for bringing your own raffle prizes and a strategy for collecting your own attendee entries. Many vendors choose to collect attendee business cards as raffle tickets. Vendors will line up by the Expo Hall stage to draw/announce their winners at this time.
*Please note Exhibitors may not pack/deconstruct their booths before 1:30 pm.
