Provider Checklist 

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission has published an Assisted Living Facilities Emergency Preparedness Checklist. This checklist identifies the core elements of 26 Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 553.275, Licensing Standards for Assisted Living Facilities, Emergency Preparedness and Response. This checklist represents the steps that each licensed assisted living community must take to meet emergency preparedness requirements as established by the HHSC.
