Civitas Senior Living is recruiting for a Regional Sales Specialist with senior housing experience in the Austin, Texas market to support the growth and development we’ve experienced!

The Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for implementing census growth strategies as developed by our Sales and Operations leadership team and supporting the development of those plans through careful analysis of the local competitive market.

Please note that this position requires extensive travel, including overnight travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

-       Manages the CRM database for assigned communities.

-       Assumes the role of Community Relations Director at assigned community and supports the local Executive Director and community management team by promoting a sales centered culture.

-       Gather information on local market data through various research methods.

 Preferred Qualifications:

-       3 or more years of experience in seniors housing in a sales and marketing capacity with experience in Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We’d love a candidate with experience the Austin, Texas market.

-       Experience with CRM Database

-       Experience with startup communities and pre-leasing sales strategy in management.
