These ​classes ​are ​approved ​by ​the ​State ​of ​Texas ​for ​Assisted ​Living ​Managers ​and ​for ​continuing ​education ​credit. ​ ​The ​single ​day ​course ​makes ​up ​the ​8 ​hour ​certification ​for ​assisted ​living ​managers ​required ​by ​the ​Texas ​Department ​of ​Aging ​and ​Disability ​Services ​(DADS). ​ ​ ​The ​Regulations ​course ​is ​usually ​held ​on ​a ​Tuesday.
