TALA invites you to the Kalahari Resort & Conventions for TALA’s 2026 Conference and Industry Expo on April 8th – 10th. Connect with others in the Assisted Living Industry across Texas and share ideas with peers! Learn the latest from subject matter experts, lessons learned from community success stories, glean new and innovative ideas in assisted living. Attendee registration is coming early 2026.

This year, TALA will have educational tracks focused on Nursing, Dementia, Leadership, and Senior Leadership, with each featuring a variety of knowledgeable speakers. When you’re not getting your CEUs, don’t forget to attend the signature events TALA hosts. To kick things off, first day attendees, session speakers, TALA Industry Partners, and the TALA Board of Directors will come together at the Board Reception April 8th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Enjoy drinks, hors d'oeuvres and a live band at the reception! Then, the big event recognizing peer-nominated heroes of assisted living: Day 2 attendees are invited to roll out the red carpet with TALA at the Hero Awards Ceremony and Luncheon on April 9th. Then, in the evening, attendees and exhibitors can mix-n-mingle at the Industry Expo Opening Reception from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. There will be raffle prizes, a photo booth, wellness center with chair massages, and lots of fun.

Educational Tracks

Enjoy great content from our educational tracks aimed for senior living professionals. CEUs are available.

  • Nursing Track (April 8th – 9th)
  • Senior Leadership Track (Afternoon of April 8th)
  • Dementia Track (April 8th – 9th)
  • Leadership Track (April 9th – 10th)

Participants can attend any combination of sessions from the different educational tracks.

Continuing Education Units and NAB Credits

Texas Assisted Living Association is approved to give Continuing Education Units for Long-Term-Care (LTC) employees. All CEUs offered at the conference are NAB approved. Stay tuned for the 2026 Conference Sessions Schedule and detailed information regarding CEU’s offered.

Registration Options

Participants can choose to attend the 2-Day Conference for Nurses, the 2-Day Conference for Managers, the Senior Leadership track on day 1, or attend all 3 days.

Group Registration

TALA offers special registration rates for TALA Provider Members with groups of six or more. Stay tuned for group registration instructions in January! Please note, this offer is only available for 2-Day badges this year.
