Vice President of Independent Living Services

Civitas Senior Living, a growing leader in the senior housing market, is seeking a dynamic, accomplished Vice President of Independent Living Services. The position is based in Fort Worth, TX and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Supporting Civitas' mission and purpose, the Vice President of Independent Living Services will be responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of programs and systems for state-of-the-art assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities in a multi-state environment. As a key leadership team member, being a strategic partner in the areas of financial results, business development, and regulatory compliance are additional areas of responsibility.

The successful candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in business, health care or a related field, 3+ years' experience as a Vice President of Operations in a senior living environment, 2+ years’ experience in independent living, and an assisted living license/certification. A proven track record of success in senior care leadership is necessary for this position. Travel up to 50% required.
