The selected service-oriented individuals will successfully oversee and manage the day to day operation of our communities. Responsibilities include: hiring, training, managing and motivating the management staff and employees, effectively managing the community's budget and cash flow, and ensuring resident satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and quality of product in accordance with established operational standards and state regulations. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or related field and a minimum of 4+ years related Executive Director experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment required. Proven track record in creating, building, leading and motivating teams a must. Preference will be given to candidates who have a dedicated commitment to serving the older adult population.
